Aku no Hana

It has been a while I got this excited for an anime. In fact, I can't remember the last anime that got me all worked out like this. Needless to say, I think Aku no Hana is a very awesome anime. I definitely recommended it to everyone.

A Year Older: Again

It’s that day when I got another level up in life. I’m turning a year older again today. So many things have changed in a course of a year. I read what I wrote on my birthday last year and I almost choked with laughter at how ridiculous everything sounds.

Goodbye 2012 and Hallo 2013

So overall, year 2012 has indeed been kinder to me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve but most importantly, I unexpectedly found love which is easily the highlight of the year for me.

Light Writings: Love II

I need an outlet to express how I feel nowadays. To be honest, things are going too good for me at the moment to the point that I am sort of living in fear for I do not want these extremely good feelings, and the love I have for him to end. If all these are gone tomorrow, there is a big probability that I might lose sanity.

Light Writings: Crush II

Welp, looks like we are having this conversation again after so many years. Well 2 years and 3 months to be exact. The last time I wrote about my crush, I was in a different state of mind where I know it can be nothing more than just that, a crush.

Diary of a tard: Week 4, February 2011

Monday, February 21

Lucky☆Star episode 10: Kagami taught her sister how to used the handphone. Miyuki got a cold and went to clinic. She was so engrossed in her reading, she missed it when her number was called. Same thing happened when she got on a bus. She needs to pay more attention to her surrounding. Then they had a sleep over at Konata's house. Btw, I found it really hard to write a consistent review for this show.

She is so moe

Episode 3 of Kore wa Zombie desu ka?: Aikawa tried so hard not to let Orito knows that he is living with a three bishoujo. Obviously he will phailed. Halfway through they decided to get serious so Orito brought Aikawa to the hospital to visit Kyoko, another victim of the serial killer. She described the killer to Aikawa and it matches Hellscythe. Dum dum dum...

phailed

I want more laughter so I decided to watch Mitsudomoe episode 9: They are still on Gachi and there are still misunderstanding about Gachi and sex/porn and as always the teacher is in the middle of the shit. LOL I would have been traumatized if I was Yabecchi. On the next mini episode, Hitoha became a Santa and I was rolling off my chair laughing when she tried to get out of the room. Futaba is really awesome though when she becomes the ball for the ice bowling.

and that's how she came ^_^

Slowly but surely, Nurarihyon no Mago episode 5: Rikuo got a fever and the conflict about him being the third heir continues. So does his life as a student. His friends came over for a visit and we got a love triangle going on between Ienaga, Rikuo and Yuki Onna. I found this extremely cute especially when Yuki was flustered and shit. Rikuo and his paranormal crazy friends then went on a field trip to Umerakuen where Gyuki resides. The youkai traitor overheard the plan and set to kill Rikuo (again). Btw, I’m intrigued with the Crow Demon’s sons. I bet they are good looking. LOL

Episode 6 of Nurarihyon no Mago: The professor they met at Umerakuen was a troll. It was all a set up to kill Rikuo. I am glad that I can’t see spirits otherwise it would have been some scary shits. For example, those youkai at the onsen creep me out. However I refuse to believe that Horsehead and Oxhead are bad youkai. They are too good looking to be the bad guy. Of course my opinion will change if they end up getting killed instead. For now I take the “innocent until proven guilty” route. Sure they attacked Yuki Onna but that’s all Gyuki’s fault. Oh fuck, alright. So they are bad after all >>

Can’t stop now where it’s getting good. Finally Rikou is fighting as himself in episode 7 of Nurarihyon no Mago. Well, at least he did good trying to protect Yuki before the smexy Rikuo took over. Oh yeah, don’t forget about Kana. I really don’t like her character’s personality. It got all the ingredients of hate. I refused to accept her as the canon pairing for Rikuo. Btw, I learned that Zen’s seiyuu is Sugita ^_^ also I take back my words about the Crow Demon’s son. They look like… well… crow! *facepalm*

So hawt

Ookiku Furikabutte: Natsu no Taikai Hen episode 6: Abe agreed for a practice game with one of their opponents. He has also decided Mihashi training routine for him: no throwing unless he says so. Mihashi just happy that they are finally communicating. No denying the canon between these two. While others considered Abe as meddlesome, Mihashi took it that he cares about him. It was so obvious. They are going against Kounan and those boys have been practicing hard. The coach looks like he has something up his sleeves. Or was that the Touhei's boys? I'm confused =\

Oh Tajima, you are so made of win =D

Wednesday, February 23

I plan to watch as many episodes of Shangri-La today but before that I have to get the anime of the current season over with. I'll start with episode 7 of Level E: While the Color Rangers continue their adventures, the alien teacher is getting worried about the kids who at that moment need to save Princess Baka from the Demon Lord. But he did agree to go with the Demon Lord and thus we got to see their wedding night preparation. I wish I was spared though. The Demon Lord turned out to be good person who wants to defeat Ki as well and thus they found truce and end the trolling. That doesn't stop Ki getting his way in the end though.

Next up if Fractale episode 5: Clain is force to work to earn his place on the ship. Apparently Nessa is on board too but Clain can't see her for some reason. Could be that she hates him now but I doubt it. During the flight, something was wrong and the temperature inside the ship keeps on rising and the autopilot malfunctioned. No one could solved the problem so Clain steps in (without permission of course) and determined that Nessa was the cause. They ended up playing hide and seek with her. Phryne still being bitchy though and the Temple has finally found her and knows about Nessa as well. Good news is her relationship with Nessa as improved and it seems like everyone is having fun on the ship.

loincloth of the century

Soul Eater Not! chapter 2: Tsugumi, Anya and Meme went to the girls dorm where they meet with few other interesting characters: Kana the fortune teller, Misery the book nerd and Kim the witch. Wasted and useless chapter >>

They all kinda look the same, no?

As I promised myself yesterday, I am gonna start watching as many Shangri-La episodes as I can today. Resuming episode 5: Kuniko found Kunihito at that run down place and decided to investigate. It is suspicious to have a soldier at such place after all. Kuniko then was transferred into the computer world when she sought help from the three old geeks. She found out about Serpent as she's spying on some advance CPU. She also accidentally met Karin from Ishida Finance there. Then there's a crazy mental bitch Sayako who works for Atlas and cutting people up for fun who appeared randomly. Kuniko managed to steal the mimic armor from Kunihito during their "date". At the end of the episode, Karin is threatening the Minister.

Episode 6: Karin offered to destroy the Serpent. Kunihito decided to quit the military because of his negligence in the last episode but got rejected. Instead he was invited to the Moon Palace because Mikuni has taken an interest in him. Looks like there is someone in Atlas who is secretly protecting him. Sayako is confused as to how Kunihito has the same sword as Mikuni. Supposedly he and Mikuni should not meet because it clearly upset Hiruko, another crazy ass bitch. It has something to do with Mikuni being the moon, Kunihito the land and Kuniko the sun. Speaking of Kuniko, she helped to pin-point where the Serpent is hiding but then there's MEDUSA.

Episode 7: Kuniko got arrested by Ryoko. Tomoka followed suit which in my opinion will only further burdened Kuniko. She was being bullied for real and seems like Ryoko likes her too much, she will execute her.

Episode 8: It was the execution day but of course Kuniko managed to escape but those who helped her got shot and killed. She didn't know about this though. Also, Mikuni finally managed to go to the real world because of the eclipse and looks like she's going to meet with Kuniko for the first time. I was happy to know that Kunihiko was pretty bothered by Kuniko executions too.

Episode 9: Momoko-san was captured by the saddist Sayoko. May God have mercy on his transsexual soul. I feel like Ryoko is the really bad guy here. She's haywire. Not a good timing though since Kuniko kinda lost without Momoko and when she found out about Rena, Nao and the others, she lost it completely.

Episode 10: After few days of moping, Kuniko decided to take charge again and officially becomes the leader of Metal Age while Ryoko becomes the Prime Minister of Atlas. Mikuni the first to heard voices in her head and this marks the beginning of a new adventure. Unfortunately, it all goes according to Ryoko's plan.

Episode 11: Kunihito is stranded in a small boat in the middle of the ocean. His ship was attacked by the satellite. No one has idea who caused it. There's this strange boy that appeared in his dream and later on in front of Karin. He is Digma Zero also known as Canary. He's dead according to the files. By the way, the Sun, the Moon and the Land is also known as Digma-1, Digma-2 and Digma-3 respectively. I figured they are experimental child. I wonder what their true purpose is.

Friday, February 25

Shinryaku! Ika Musume episode 6: Noh Mask Rider came to town but Ika managed to make her looks like the bad guy when she was fighting with the Squi-Devil. She even wear the costume herself and fought Noh Mask Rider. Guess who came forth? The older sister so obviously Ika will lost. In the second stint, turned out Ika is really good with Math so Eiko is trying to learn the tricks from her. Lastly, Ika threatened Nagisa as usual. She was trying to stop Gorou from ruining the only person who's afraid of her. Nagisa thought that everyone has been brainwashed by Ika, Eiko thought Nagisa likes Gorou and so on. Haywire.

Indeed

First Impression: Sukisho

I first heard about this show when chronolynx mentioned it in her/his twitter. What got my attention however is the fact that s/he mentioned BL in the same sentence. Without delay I went looking for it. Basically what I am saying is I am watching this based on my trust in chronolynx and since it's BL I'm willing to tolerate it even if it turned out shit. I tolerated Junjou Romantica so this should be peachy.

Sukisho is obviously about two guys who is hot for each other but that is only the tips of the icebergs. Sora just got out of the hospital after falling down from the school window. He suffered from memory lost. During his absent, his old friend Nao returned and became his new roommate. Nao is bipolar or something. At night he called himself Ran but during the day he's known as Nao. Obviously this made Sora confused. What he doesn't know is, he has a bipolar personality as well named Yoru.

This story is not that simple it seems. They threw in many shits in the first episode and looks like the characters are more than just meet the eyes. At least I won't be disappointed with the characters development by the end of this show.

Sukisho was produced in Spring 2005 by Zexcs. Just with any other yaoi, I don't expect a strong plot or story line. However this show has provided more than what I have expected which is good. The quality of the art and animation were like the rest of the anime produced during those years. In my opinion, the character designs could be the biggest flaw of this show. The manga looks good but when it got animated, they look like just retards with weird hairdo. I don't like the fact that there are too many feminine looking male in the show either. I also think that the production team were trying too hard to make this show has the cuteness value by doing the chibi characters and all that. If you asked me, I would have instructed them to focus on the story instead of coming up with these useless tactics.

>=3

I am not that familiar with the seiyuu but Hikaru Midorikawa and Souuchirou Hoshi were not really outstanding with the characters. The OP was weak as well and I wasn't paying much attention to the BGM because it sounded the same as the other shoujo shit we heard. There's nothing creative about it. At least there was a slight improvement with the ED. I like how fast the track is.

Unless you are a hardcore BL fan like me, it would be wise for you to avoid this one. The only reason I'm going to continue watching this show is the prospect of this:

Bleach: Chapter 438

Since Ichigo has defeated Evil Mr Porkchop in the last chapter, by right Riruka will have to return him back to normal. Her method to do so however is not the most hygienic. Ichigo was covered with her snot and saliva because she has to sneeze to cancel out her fullbring. Whatever right? That's not funny Kubo -__-

Once he's done with the swastika, the shinigami badge returned to it's original form as well but before it did, looks like it can communicate with Ichigo too. The weird thing is, the voice belongs to Rukia and of course Ichigo recognized her voice anywhere and at any given time. Hmm, this should be very interesting, don't you think? I have been waiting patiently for her to return and make her appearance again and my patience is running thin to be honest, what with the bullshit Kubo threw at us lately.

Ginjou obviously knows what is going on but he decided to play the cunning son of a bitch character which is intriguing. I don't want to know everything in one chapter anyway.

Now lets get back to Inoue. She was about to get raped and killed by some ugly thug. I wasn't really looking forward to this because I know she's going to escape and survive somehow and quite possibly get some character development while she's doing it which is not fair in my opinion because Ulquiorra doesn't get one. Fuck you, Kubo.

But who am I kidding right? All she needs to do is flash her good looks and the thug was defeated >>

The thug got the order to do so from someone else who looks like someone from the Xcutioner club but I can't be too sure. He goes by the name Tsukishima. Like I have said, I believe we have two different sides at the moment. The Xcutioners and the the guy who attacked Ishida are from two different groups.

Ah at least towards the end of the chapter Kubo managed to get me excited. I really want to know who this Tsukishima is. He looks like a nerd, a good looking nerd at that with a darker side thus enough to make me a fan ^_^

Super Junior Super Show 3 is coming to Malaysia

Remember this post? A lot has happened since then. Back when I posted that post, I hardly know anything about the boys and at that time they all look the same to me. That is no longer the case. I have been obsessing about these boys after I saw this music video. It's You was the second single for their 3rd Album: Sorry, Sorry.

Eunhyuk was great ^_^

Once again, it all comes down to their dance moves. I mean that music video was a straight cut and the dances were pretty elaborated and they amazed me with their coordination. I'm more than impressed. I has become a fangirl.

But that didn't happened until January came though. That was when I found out that they were coming down to Singapore for Super Show 3. I nagged all my friends to accompany me to see the concert but my friends sucks. It's either they can't afford the ticket or their spouses won't let them go. It was moment like those that makes me glad I am unattached and is free to fucking do whatever I want. While I was stressing out about the concert, I found out that they are going to Malaysia in March and I was more than determined to go.

So I have been plotting on how to get the tix on the pre-sale day (which was last Saturday, February 19). You see, fangirl/boy are scary especially the ELF (see footnote). In Singapore, the tickets were sold out in one and a half hour during the pre-sale. They even overnight at the ticket launching place. That was hardcore.

I am not that crazy though but I was still worried about the long queue and getting myself a good seat so I did went an hour early and fuck the line was looooonnngggg. I learned the night before that the organizer will have a special queue for those with the Saranghaeyo Korea Club (SKC) card. It just so happened that I was queuing behind a bunch of girls who have that cards. Since I will be going to the concert alone and all, I stroke a conversation with them and asked if I could joined them for the concert. They readily agreed and that solved my problem. I no longer need to queue and just wait for them to come back with my ticket. It took me less than an hour ^_^. Some who has been queuing since 5am only got their tickets at 3pm or so. Jeebus...

Fucking Yosh!!

Turned out that those girls are ELFs as well so I would like to personally thanks Elf Ila, Elf Nurul and Elf Fiedza for helping me out with the ticket. I can't wait to see you guys at the concert.

In the mean time, I am going to continue with my obsession and shared my fan squealing moments with my sister who is green with envy that I will be going to Super Show 3. She wanted to go but her daughter is breastfeeding so obviously she can't neglect a child for the sake of SuJu. LOL if it was me, I totally can. Buahahaha

But anyway, there is less than a month before March 19 comes. Needless to say, I am stoked beyond words. Also, Super Junior M released their new music video two days ago. Here it is though I'm not a fan of the Mandarin version >>

I went to several concert before but this is the first concert that I actually took the trouble to go buy the ticket myself. Usually I just either bought online or asked my friend to buy it for me. I guess, in actuality I know I don't have much of an option. I know the online tix available would be for those lousy/restricted view seats and I couldn't possibly ask my friend to queue up for me. The experience was great.

Now all I need is my Sapphire Blue stick. If any ELF is reading this, please help guide me on how to get one for the Super Show 3. By the way, I hope Siwon is feeling better already and thank you RITS for organizing this concert for us fans ♥

footnote: ELF is an abbreviation for Ever Lasting Friends. They are the hardcore fans of Super Junior. They have been around since the group debuted and once you are an ELF, there is no turning back.

Bleach: Chapter 437

Another late entry for Bleach chapter because I had to work outstation again last week and even though this time around I have means to get on the internet, I couldn't spare a time to read and write my thoughts about it.

A little recap: Ichigo managed to trigger his shinigami badge and it materialize into some sort of a swastika thingy which I found very cool and it would be awesome if he gets that kind of weapon instead of the usual zanpaktou.

Here's the logic according to Ginjou: For every battle that Ichigo fought, he carved the memories of said battle into the badge every time he was in contact with it and hence the badge remembers it as well. Sounds weak as shit but meh at least it kinda make some kind of sense. I am also happy that it remains as a swastika thingy though admittedly Ichigo will need some training to use it's potential to the fullest.

As expected, once he got the fight going, Ichigo immediately got hold of the situation and have no problem accessing the fight calmly. He really does shine in the midst of a battle I guess. I can feel him having fun.

The bad news is: he kinda use the same kind of trick. Even though Zangetsu has changed form, the basic is still the same so to kick Evil Mr. Pork Chop, he used Getsuga Tenshou. Urgh... why am I feeling so disappointed. Fuck you Kubo for being one lazy ass brotherfucker. Can't you think of something different? Jeebus!

And at the other side of the town, some punk threatened to kill Inoue. I thought he was there to confessed her crush or something but killing Inoue sounds good too.

We will either see Inoue kicking his ass (and thus Kubo shows us Inoue's character development) or we got one of the shinigami to help her (I going to say... Rukia just because).

At least we have something to look forward to in the incoming chapter.

Diary of a tard: Week 3, February 2011

Wednesday, February 16

Watching Level E: I found it is hard to explain this show in words. I feel like you have to see everything yourself to help you understand how good this show is. But anyway, since this is my diary, I'm obligated to try and explain what is going on. Episode 5 is about Color Rangers. Ki kidnapped 5 kids and gave them power through wristband. I love how they transformed unwillingly.

Thursday, February 17

Star Driver episode 13: Benio came to Sugata's house and asked for a Kendo match. Obviously Takuto ended up as her opponent and obviously Benio tried to make him hers. She even stole a kiss from him while he was sleeping. Thankfully her first phase didn't work anymore and it was revealed that she actually loved Sugata. Heh, she's not the only one. Benio lost her cybody but took a risk and piloted another one. Bloody hell, she even got her clan mark back. Without wasting any time, she challenged Tauburn and lost. Jeebus... and because she lost, she's in love with Takuto now. WTF

so cute =3

Friday, February 18

Level E episode 6: Continued from the last episode of Color Rangers. The kids went to Yamagata to challenge Craft so they can get the key that can free them from the wrist devices. They managed to do that by telling Ki the name of the girl they like but Ki has other plans for them. He threw them to a RPG planet where they have no choice but to use the wrist band again. As expected they got hooked and leveled up. Now they are headed to the castle to find out why the king is not feeling well and hoping to beat Ki's ass. TBC

The hairy balls grossed me out

Bleach: Chapter 436

Late review for the latest chapter of Bleach because I was away from home or any accessible internet last week. I hope this week's chapter is way better than the past couple of weeks.

I thought the dude looks handsome until I realized it was Sado. I changed my mind.

Kubo tried to make everything so suspenseful for the first few pages but in my opinion, he phailed miserably. We all know that Ichigo will always managed to get out of any situation. Apparently, Riruka combined with Giriko for Ichigo's training and the time limiter set was sort of Giriko's power. He set the condition for a certain situation and if the requirement is not met then everything that involved will be incinerated. He called his fullbring: "Time tells no lies". I wasn't impressed. It was fucking stupid.

The condition that he set for Ichigo's training is 30 minutes. I mean, seriously? The boy doesn't have a fucking clue how to bring out his fullbring power and he set 30 minutes or he'll be incinerated by the "flames of time"? Stop fucking kidding me, Kubo. This is shit because naturally Ichigo will be able to do so, which just doesn't make a fucking sense.

Needless to say, I'm fucking pissed off with this development. Not only Evil Mr. Porkchop has mutated to a fugly shit with multiple eyes, but Chad is interfering with the training by telling Ichigo what he should do to bring out the soul of his shinigami badge. That was seriously shit stuff, man.

I want to see Ichigo struggle but thanks to Sado he managed to figure out how to use the shinigami badge.

But...

In the end, it was all right because...

*the ichiruki in me giggles*

Yes, despite the many instances, Rukia is obviously plays quite a prominent role in his life, whether as shinigami or a normal human being. And for that, I'm thankful to Kubo. The thought of Rukia obviously triggers the shinigami badge to activate. At the end of the chapter, I'm a happy fan ^_^

On a side note, why does Sado looks like he aged ten time faster? He looks like a man in his 30's =|

Diary of a tard: Week 2, February 2011

Sunday, February 6

The last episode of Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin Special. Tsucchi is dead. The End. BAH! Final score is 5/10.

Starry☆Sky episode 5, 6 and 7: Time for Pisces. That's my sign so I really want to know who would represent the twin fish in this show. What do you know... Nanami Kanata represents Pisces and he's voiced by Sugita. I'm happy even though he's such a pathetic character in the beginning. Well, to be fair, all characters in this ONA are pathetic. Then came Aries. He's Kazuki. Boring as hell. Grr...

and that's it for the second week of February. The lack of anime watching wasn't because I was lazy but I took a week off to go on vacation to Bandung, Indonesia. I didn't bring my computer nor my hard disk. Surprisingly, I survived a week without anime and internet. Life does treats me kindly sometimes :)

Wonfest 2011 Want: Stocking

There are lots of figures preview at Wonfest 2011. I know some guys who are banging their heads on the wall because there are too many figures they want to fap to. Lucky for me though, I don't like any of them except for this one:

Oh yes. SO FUCKING WANT!

Kara no Kyoukai Epilogue

Naturally, I was really looking forward to this OVA because of my love for the all seven movies of Kara no Kyoukai. Truth be told, I have no idea what Epilogue is all about but that's what so exciting about it: the unknown. I trust ufotable to bring me joy with this OVA, just like they did so many times before with the previous movies.

My heart is beating so fast right now in anticipation. I have missed Mikiya and Shiki badly since the Boukyaku Rokuon.

(c) moca

The scene in Epilogue would be very familiar if you have seen all Kara no Kyoukai movies starting with Mikiya walking up the hill in a snowy day to see (the other side of) Shiki by the side of the hill looking down at the snow covered town below. It was heart warming for me personally but I have always been so biased when it comes to this show.

The both of them had a pretty deep conversation about Shiki in particular, of the Shiki that is in the middle of SHIKI and Shiki. I dunno if this made sense to anyone who have no fucking clue about the story but that's how it goes. So Chester, go watch the movies before you complained about it. They also talked about personalities. Shiki presented some very interesting views about them. Her analogy: she's a box and without Shiki as a software, she would just sit there not living. It was pretty deep and cool stuff. It allows Mikiya to learn of Shiki true self, that the soul came later and Shiki Ryogi is nothingness. Because it was a void, it tendency was to hope for death of all things.

Shiki gave Mikiya a chance to ask and wish for anything but my Mikiya declined the offer. He could have asked her to return his left eye back to normal but he didn't. I love the fact that he's still so understanding of the real Shiki. It made me believe in love. It sound cliche as fuck but every time I watch Kara no Kyoukai, I really feel like I want to fall in love and be content with it. That's why this movie has inspired so many of my stories before.

Towards the end, she said something that hit me straight in the face: about Mikiya being lonely. That got me thinking real hard. Even though my personality is the opposite of Mikiya, we have both chose to live our life by picking the most lonely path out there, even though it might not seems so. I'm not gonna lie, that kinda scared the bejeebus out of me =|

Then again, Kara no Kyoukai always managed to do that to me.

As usual, the story is moving on at it own slow pace. No action and lots of talking. Might not be my favorite but it presents a good deal of a better understanding of Shiki as a person. Insignificantly, it also slightly touched the topic of romance between Shiki and Mikiya. It was done subtly which is brilliant in my opinion. Blatant shit can only goes so far.

ufotable still did a good job with the arts and animation of this OVA. Nothing was spared. I love all the details and the camera angles that were used throughout the OVA. That was some serious shit. Kenichi and Maaya were brilliant as always. Both managed to hold tightly to what makes these two characters so endearing to the viewers. The BGM was exceptional, it only heightens the good experience of watching this OVA. Too bad that it is only 30 minutes in length. I obviously want more.

This OVA is not recommended to anyone who hasn't watch the movies first because you'll find the facts extremely boring and lengthy. To those who love the series, this one is a must see. Epilogue made my weekend :)

Diary of a tard: Week 1, February 2011

Sunday, January 30

I decided to pick anime at random and somehow I ended up with K-ON!! Whatever. Might as well. Episode 12: It's the summer. Yui suggested training camp and everyone agreed except for Mio but majority wins. They decided to go to the Summer Festival in the mountain. This is the first time that I feel the show is really about music. It's good to see the girls got excited at the festival. The ending was shit though. There's no way After School Tea Time is better than the pros. Not at their level >>

Not really in the mood for Kore wa Zombie desu ka but since today is the letter "K" day, I don't have much of a choice. Besides, I know I enjoyed the first episode because of the random goodness. Episode 2: Seraphim made her debut. The fight between her and Aikawa was pretty nice. Now she'll be living in his house too. We also got to see how Aikawa first met Yuu. The shit was pretty funny especially when he started breakdancing. It was the same night that he got killed while he tried to save someone. Yuu seems to have taken a liking with Aikawa. She even slapped Haruna when she jokingly said "go die!" to Aikawa . Btw, why is Haruna walking around flashing her pantsu? and the art style reminds me of Angel Beats!

Wednesday, February 2

Catching up on Fractale but only on episode 3: instead of getting frustrated with the situation they are in, Clain was excited because Enri brought him and Nessa to a place he has never been to before. Enri's plan has obviously backfired. Apparently people like Enri can't see doppel so they have to wear special goggle to see Nessa. If they don't like her, they can't touch her. Enri brought them to her brother. They are anti-Fractale, terrorist according to Clain, and called themselves the Lost Millenium. All they want is Nessa really because they assumed she has all the data regarding doppel, which they want to eliminate completely together with the Fractale System. They challenged Clain's view on freedom. Even though they are hostages, the Granitz villagers are still so nice to them. They even brought Clain to crash on the Star Festival organized by the Temple where Clain learned that the purpose of the festival is to brainwash everyone. They interrupted the ritual but found two Nessa. Some were killed including Butcher. It was serious shit until Phryne showed up.

Sunda reminds me of Kittan ^_^

Happy Birthday KyuHyun oppa ♥

Level E episode 4: Gotta love the set up they created at the early part of the episode. That was some serious business there and I noticed the different style of art is present too. Man, I'm really liking this show so far. Four guys saw a man devour their classmate. They investigated and one of them disappeared the next day and the day afrer. So they seek help from a dubious doctor but he did his job. They found out the culprit is from the planet Conwell where the men eat the women they love to produce a child of their own. Pretty thrilling stuff if I might say so. And guess what, this whole story is fabricated by Ki. Oh man, I've been trolled twice today. First with Kubo and now this. But I don't mind this one though because it's good XD

On to Fractale episode 4: Lost Millenium plan changed when Phryne appeared. Now they want to kidnap her as well since she's the 'key to the world'. Big mistake since now the Temple is going to suppress the Granitz family. So now they are going away because they don't want to trouble the other villagers. Before they could, the Temple has attacked the village. Phryne escaped only to be saved by the Granitz family yet again, same with Clain who tried the same thing. Even after all he has witness, the stupid Clain thinks that the Lost Millenium are the bad guys. He even left Nessa behind since she doesn't like Phryne much. I wonder why...

The Granitz family picture

I think I just came ^_^

Bleach: Chapter 435

After the fuckery in the last chapter, I'm sure that this chapter won't be any better. Ichigo having to fight a bunch of stuffed animals is just...

exactly *facepalm*

I understand that Riruka can "invite" those she wants into the things she "loves". What I don't get it, how the fuck did she makes the stuffed animal some sort of alive.... wait. Don't answer that. It just came to me that fullbring is the ability to change something into something else. Apparently she stuffed a yakuza inside Mr. Pork -_-

The purpose of this training is to train draws out the fullbring ability from inside of Ichigo, without telling him shit how to do it. He has 15 minutes before the whole shit blow off a.k.a Mr. Pork will goes berserk.

Yeah right, Riruka... you do nasty things like that to something you love. You're mental.

Ichigo already thought of his shinigami representative badge but 15 minutes have passed so he'll face the wrath or Mr. Pork.

Heh, this reminds me of Mr. Pork-Chop from Toy Story =3

Like I said, another fuckery chapter...

First Impression: Houkago no Pleiades

I was wondering about this show since it came out pretty late compared to the other Winter shows. The reason why I am looking forward for this one simply because of the collaboration with Subaru. And of course, this one is produced by Gainax. After what they came up last season, despite myself, I want to see what else they can offer us fans. More shitty goodness? I hope so.

You expected greatness, yes?

First of all, this show is not a TV show. It is an ONA. The length of the episode is roughly around 6 minutes or so. Basically I have no reason NOT to watch this one except that from the poster it doesn't really the type of anime I normally watch. So I'm going to give it a benefit of a doubt. Let's begin.

It's hard to conjure up opinions just based on the 6 minute episode without being biased but who cares anyway, right? So Subaru is pretty happy I guess and it must be one of the reasons why they signed up with Gainax: the protagonist, seemingly a blockhead who likes stars, is named Subaru. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Instead, you got this >>

The story for the first and second episode goes like this: Subaru wants to go to the reservation deck at her school but ended up in a place that's definitely NOT the school with butterflies, lush green gardens and a seemingly sick boy named Minato. He's the bad guy but he's endearing soI don't mind at all. Then there's the witch club or something that consists of 4 other girls, One of them is Minato's friend Aoi. The president of the club is a flubber and he (apparent he's a male, how they can tell I don't know for sure. I see tentacles but no dick) has chosen Minato to be the latest member of the club because he sensed lots of power in her. They rode in highly advance broom with engine and gathered the stars, or they called it engine shards (again, WTF?) so the president can go back to his planet. As you can probably tell by now, the story is not the best out there. It was pretty weak sauce but it's only 6 minutes per episode so I think I can tolerate this much.

I wish they make up for the lack of good story with exceptional characters. Unfortunately, they did not so it kinda frustrating because we all know that Gainax can come up with such character after Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.

I don't feel like the art and animation are consistent with this show. I noticed some things that makes me goes "that looks good" or "the animation is very slick" but it weren't often enough. During the dull moments of the show, the animation was average. So was the character designs. They all looked boring and the outfits were stupid. I guess they are targeting the younger audience for this one which makes me wonder, why the hell is Subaru involved then? O_o

I don't think there's an OP or ED, only BGM which was pretty common for this type of show. But I see that there are several artists involved for the theme song performance. That makes me wonder whether I was not paying attention or it will be around for the upcoming episodes. I didn't bother to watch it again because that would be a waste of time. Nothing stands out about the seiyuu but that's because there's no male seiyuu and I didn't give a shit about the female seiyuus. They all sounded the same to me.

I'm not sure how many episodes there will be. I can't say that I look forward to see the rest of the episodes but I'm not going to abandon this show either because I want to see what Subaru will bring to the table instead of just giving Gainax the permission to use their name for the main character. This show is lacking in so many areas and I don't think it will improve anytime soon since they have set up everything to be so.

I am not going to recommend this to anyone. It's not bad. It's not good either.
